In Path of Radiance, its activation was primarily based on Ike’s Skill stat. At max, he would have a 27 or 28% chance of activating it. In Radiant Dawn, its activation percentage is equal to Ike’s Skill, divided by 2.
Dam for a second i thought rhy’s critical like vaporized the enemy.
